Movie Review: I, Robot

Just got back from another movie session, this time I, Robot. In a nutshell, the story takes place in the year 2035 in Chicago, where robots are an everyday household item and everyone trusts them, except for one paranoid Chicago Homicide Detective Spooner (Will Smith). The story basically begins when he gets a call to investigate a crime he believes perpetrated by a robot.
This action/sci-fi flick lives up to my expectations with Will Smith giving his usual quirky one liners. The CGI in this movie is quite good with details focusing on the robots integrating with the human society. Ooo.. I love the Audi concept car used in the movie, wish they can start manufacturing it in my lifetime. Anyways, this movie really makes the audience think about the pros and cons of technology and how it can evolve for the better or worst of the human race. Overall, it’s an entertaining movie for me, not a dull moment.
