I've FINALLY went for a jog (after a hiatus of 11 months!) and I must say... I AM SO UNFIT!

Mannn... took me an hour to walk run a 35 mins course. Even that lady with the pram runs faster than me! hahaha... the picture below is me havin' a short break on Brisbane's Riverwalk.

On the upside, t'was a perfect day with temperature around 20 degrees... good running weather I must say.

Hope I'll do better the next time.
